I have removed one of my server from nagios, i have restarted nagios after removing but still nagios is looking for this server and sending continuous alerts. Please help me on how to over come this

try stopping, check for surviving nagios processes, killthem and then starting instead of restarting.
I have been having the same problem for months now, but the alerts are only to one email address. All other contacts in that group got the alert, and never got another. One address though is getting alerts from two servers that have not been in the configuration for at least 6 months. Obviously, the service has been stopped and started several times since then, and I do not use the restart option, only the stop and start.
