you will find that the value for retry_check_interval is 1. But when a service which uses this generic service template went critical earlier. I found in the nagios dashboard history of the alert that . Even when the service went critical for the first time , The second and third checks were after 10 minutes each . Is there a possibility that this retry_check_interval be overwritten from some where else? Please assist.

Thanks
