Hello,
I am having some real slow issues printing to a print controller.
I used to be able to send a few pages and each page would only take about 30secs. Now it’s taking about 1min 30secs for each page.
The printer service guy claims it’s something on our network as he connects directly to the printer via a crossover cable and he has no issues.
I have tried different switches and cables and I get the same result. I finally installed wireshark on one of the computers and captured traffic before I printed and then when I started to print and waited until it was done, then I stopped it.
If there is an issues on our network, what should I be looking for in my trace file?
