Hi,

What are the different available severity levels for Nagios SNMP Trap Integration.

I have configured nagios to monitor snmp traps from one of the devices… I have added the mibs to nagios and changed the severity levels in the snmptt.conf file accordingly as per the requirements (Directory: /var/snmp/snmptt.conf)

When I send traps with Severity = Warning or Minor, it gets reflected as Warning and for Severity = Major or Critical, it reflects as Critical in Nagios. Just wondering if warning and critical are the only level of severities we have in Nagios?

Any help will be appreciated.

plugins only know OK, warning and critical. (there is the “unknown” status too, but that one doesn’t count in this case).
