Somewhat of Newb Question

I’ve been running Nagios for some time monitoring Netware and Windows servers. The windows servers I’ve been using the NSCLIENT. I was recently asked to monitor 3 new WIndows 2003 servers. I tried to install NSClinet on them and the service will not start. Only thing different from these 3 then the other 8 I have is that they have SP1 for 2003 on them.

Anyone know a way around this or what I can do to monitor the servers?

I don’t run any 2003 severs, but I know that SP1 has a security wizard that runs during install. For more details start here: windowsitpro.com/Articles/Pr … leID=45246
