first of all: sorry for my bad english.
I’ll be quick. I’m searching for a tool (if there is any) that gives me the possibility to menage different users with diferent attributes.
example:
login: nagiosadmin; device 1, 2, 3
login: 1, device 1
login: 2, device 2
User “1” must be able to see device 1 only.

you already can. nagios does it. 
Check the documentation but i think it is done by creating different users in htpasswd, and have the same usernames assigned as contacts to the devices.
i solved it, thanks a lot. Now the problem is that contacts in host’s contact group can also disable notification etc…
as far as i know this is nagios standard behaviour and can’t be changed…
