It has been confirmed: the Windows 7 beta works fine on Hyper-V. 
I think Windows 7 Beta is causing crashes of Explorer, MSI-based installers, and other applications on some PC’s.Windows 7 beta version was installed on a notebook that had XP. Win 7 was installed without XP removed first. Now that the beta version reached its “reboot every 2 hours” period, I’ve been trying to revert to the original XP. I found lots of websites explaining what and how to do.
